Zena Everett — Director and Coach

An ex-Wren, Zena Everett started her first business, Perriam and Everett, in 1992 at 28 years of age. This award-winning business recruits for the recruitment and resourcing profession itself – placing head-hunters and recruiters into new roles. Consequently, Zena has a unique insight into the dynamics of the recruitment industry and an unrivalled network of recruitment contacts.

After selling her business through MBO 15 years later, Zena took an M.Sc. in career management and counselling and started Second Careers. She has further qualifications in stress and performance management coaching using cognitive behavioural techniques.

Executive Grapevine described Zena as "the Doyenne of Recruitment to Recruitment." She is a regular conference speaker and media contributor on recruitment, talent management and careers issues. (BBC Breakfast News, Sky Business, Radio 5, Radio 4's Today programme, trade and broadsheet press).

Benedicte has a particular interest in supporting professionals (and their spouses) relocating to the UK from mainland Europe, helping them to adjust to new rules, habits and customs in both their professional and domestic lives. Sarah Mallet — Organisational Psychologist

Sarah Mallet

Early in their programme, all our coaching and outplacement clients complete psychometric tests online, then meet Sarah for a comprehensive 1:1 feedback session. The tests are chosen to help each person gain a deeper understanding of themselves, perhaps looking specifically at decision-making, career development or communication skills as well as a broader personality assessment. Clients discover new ways to work as well as how to interact with others more insightfully and productively. This acts as a great springboard for our coaching conversations.

Currently doing doctoral studies in integrative psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute, Sarah has an MSc in Organizational Psychology and is a qualified OPP, MBTI and CPI Practitioner. She is a fluent French speaker also and can coach our clients in French or English.
