Our fees are listed below. We also offer group masterclasses, as well as bespoke coaching packages for organisations. Please contact us to discuss the best programme for you. Sessions are arranged at a location convenient to you. Our coaches work in English and French.
Coaching Sessions
Introductory conversation (face-to-face or on telephone) — free of charge.
Initial single session (up to two hours, plus preparatory exercise) — £250.
"Thinking Partner" Executive Coaching/Mentoring Programme
Ongoing performance-enhancing relationship, using scientifically validated psychological coaching techniques to deliver tangible added value. Goals are usually to change the individual's behaviour at work, their well-being, management skills and ultimately, performance. Minimum two, maximum three sessions per month with support in between: £500 per month.
Career Coaching Programme
Six sessions at intervals to suit you plus telephone and email access in between. May include psychometric profiling and an executive presence session — £1,300.
Further sessions, charged on an hourly basis — £125.
Career Crunch Session
Job Search programme for those needing objective advice and feedback on their CVs, LinkedIn profile, job applications, marketing techniques, elevator pitch, recruiter relationships and/or interview techniques in one intensive meeting! Up to three hours + email and telephone support afterwards for as long as you need us to support you through the selection process — £550.
Please note that we work within the ethical guidelines of the Association for Coaching and our work is guaranteed. Room charges may also apply but will be agreed in advance.
Outplacement Programmes
We have three modular outplacement programmes, each led (in English or French) by a highly qualified and networked Executive Coach who will support and challenge you every step of the way. We pride ourselves in helping our clients get back to work more quickly after redundancy than they would on their own or on other placement programmes. We treat outplacement as an opportunity to increase self-awareness and focus; as an enjoyable opportunity for some personal career development and to work on your brand. All our programmes include a session with an Organisational Psychologist to give detailed feedback on your psychometric tests. We support your interview training with a videoed session by a specialist coach in executive presence. There is an option of an image management session to ensure you make the right first impression, particularly if you are seeking promotion or changing sectors.
We also have a unique enterprise outplacement programme, providing mentoring, business planning and marketing expertise for your critical first year working for yourself after redundancy.
These modular programmes are designed around each individual client to support their own aspirations. They vary from £5,500 to £11,000 and can be allowed as a tax deductible expense within a compromise agreement. They work and our clients really enjoy working with us too.
